If you receive a defective product covered under warranty, Truck Safety USA will help you to facilitate a repair or replacement of the item as deemed necessary.

If within 30 calendar days from receiving your item you are unsatisfied for any reason other than a valid warranty claim, we will help you with a product exchange.
If the product cannot be exchanged and you opt to return the product, a restocking fee will be assessed. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the goods at the time of the return.
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling us at 217-965-3941.
Unauthorized returns or “chargebacks” are not permitted.
Once your item is received it will be inspected to verify it is a valid return and we will initiate a refund minus the restock fee.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
